 These 8 day challenge layouts are designed for you go in depth of self awareness to bring out the awesome version of your habits, that often effects the environment around you!

On self journal work through these 8 day challenge layouts, explore 5 positive & negative impact they serve in your lifestyle, keeping it 3-5 sentences frame. For scale mods of 10-10, do only this for all 7 memento below: Ideally day 8 is factor word YOU theres no layout for day eight, cause this involves pouring into self,  actually using the program!

Than write 3 lines out to side of each brainstorming sentence, taken deeper thought processing use only one key factor word that a "habit yours", 'able to control & transformation phase!' (ON THE 5 POSITIVE VS NEGATIVE IMPACTS)

 Next to each these key habits of behavior,  write in these line using your thinking cap, is this something you can control, or not? Answer with Yes or No answer only! 


Here the thumb of rule help you evaluate area need work on for healthier lifestyle & environment choices factors, specifically you it's a Tigger Issues! It's time make the change, if you mark your graphic correctly should be 70 lines of yes & no factors habits, plus add one more line just states with word "YOU!"

 This is for your personally evaluation! Your efforts equal your value, which your value can equal your best life! 
Better be aware of needed changes, before you or your environment come toxic. Which will play up your health,  relations, & environment.  Time take action, be proactive self, before taken on the world! 

 So, out of 70 yes or No option if these are habits you can control vs not: Consider your change vs environmental factors.  If it's a job that gets you 10-10 No Consider New Career. If it's lifestyle choices get you a 10-10 No see if it's truly something you can change, or remove yourself from! 
 10-10 is broken down like this;
 Rule of thumb is you answer no, go with 3 strike rules like 3-10 answers no it's nothing I can control. 
 Chances are just 3-10 no means it's something bais there you can work on those habits of behavior, just apply self love more.

 5-10 No this is something your sure it's out of your control change these habits is the gray zone effect, by now you have thought of changing jobs, possibly even moving, worse case leaving a relationship. That's differently something Consider for TransformationTuesday's! !

 Now, if you have 10-10 at least answered nope, absolutely nothing I can control: Lovely face it, Time Deliver you journey some impact movement. Seek new career, living environment,  that is going be less stressful experience. Don't let that money make you, you make it! Consider not changing everything over night, just give up where your at. Yet, small sacrifices can lead to higher goals & outcome! Less stress on body,mind, or spirit. 

Use this layout reflect on make small changes over 8 days, than after 7th day use the line "YOU!" Explore these steps again, see if your no's turn into yes! Put, a yes next to You on day you having taken your life back! The day is true transformation phase,  when you have less than 5 No's out of 10 in 70 lines of habits your willing omit to is absolutely in your control! 

 If you answer no you have no habits to change, please find yourself in this layout, until you embrace your imperfections as apart of YOU!
