Therefore, they fail to ask for adequate details about what the jobs title intact errands duties are for responsibilities daily, weekly, early/mid/ending monthly reports. Plus, Once they start working, they are surprised at any new details that emerge, and can do very little about once already employed.
Do not shy away from asking, 'things like how much independence you will have in your work space, the time reporting, and what will you be doing exactly!'
